Reblock 100™ relies on a high-performance polymeric membrane, only 3 mm thick, airless high-pressure sprayed onto the substrate. Once applied, the membrane forms a continuous, elastic, highly adherent film able to accommodate the structure’s movements.
The coating acts as a flexible shield: it absorbs and redistributes dynamic actions, maintains the cohesion of the blocks, and prevents the masonry from crumbling or losing integrity during an earthquake.

Shaking-table tests carried out at Eucentre (Pavia) unequivocally demonstrated the effectiveness of the Reblock 100 system.
In the baseline case, an untreated concrete block infill wall exhibited rapid out-of-plane collapse, with panel expulsion and overturning—a failure mode which, in a real earthquake, can severely compromise life safety and the functionality of the facility.
With Reblock 100 applied on both faces, the same wall typology maintained stability and integrity throughout the test. The combination of primer, polymeric membrane, and fiber reinforcements provides the wall with continuity and ductility, drastically reducing expulsion risk and enabling an elastic response even under high seismic demand.
