We have been a Benefit Corporation since 2024, a commitment we have formalized, but which has always been an integral part of our corporate culture.
Our three areas of common benefit are:

The Seriana Garden: reforestation and support for the Salento territory
In 2025, Seriana strengthened its environmental commitment by joining the OlivaMi project for the reforestation of the Salento countryside affected by Xylella.
Through the creation of the Seriana Garden, the company contributed to the planting of 100 olive trees and to the regeneration of the territory, while supporting local farmers and the protection of biodiversity.
An initiative that combines environmental impact, social value, and attention to local communities.

Associazione Amici della Pediatria: the magic of Saint Lucy reaches the hospital too
In 2025, Seriana supported the initiative promoted by Associazione Amici della Pediatria to bring the magic of Saint Lucy to children hospitalized at Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo.
A simple yet meaningful gesture through which the company chose to contribute to the wellbeing of the community, offering a moment of closeness and serenity to children and their families.

2025 represents a year of consolidation for Seriana S.p.A., within a broader journey that began in 2024 with our transition to a Benefit Corporation.
A step that did not mark a change in direction, but rather the formalization of a commitment that has always guided our work: creating value by protecting people, companies and the environment through seismic safety, operating with greater transparency and accountability.
If 2024 was characterized by strong growth and a highly dynamic market, 2025 unfolded in a more complex and uncertain context.
Geopolitical and economic dynamics led to a more cautious approach to investments, with longer decision-making processes and a gradual reduction of incentive-driven dynamics.
In this scenario, Seriana chose to consolidate.
We continued to operate with the same determination, strengthening our internal structure and orienting our activities towards stability, organizational strengthening and quality of work, prioritizing high-value interventions with the goal of making the company increasingly solid, efficient and aligned with its role.
Our work, however, goes beyond individual projects.
Every day, we contribute to spreading a culture of seismic safety, raising awareness among companies and stakeholders on a topic that is still too often underestimated.
In a context where economic drivers are decreasing, it becomes even more important to strengthen awareness of risk and the value of prevention, supporting companies and stakeholders along a path of responsibility and long-term vision.
